Current project on your bench

Sure is and why alot miss the concept of it. Longer brrl in shorter package.

Works for us soldiers why?.. Well try marching from Adelaide to the Gold coast and see how you go. Long barrel for more terminal effect which if you watch 9 Hole about the H&K53 they delve in to a bit of that apparently 2400fps is still good. 3300FPS is better.

Always been a calvary mobile infantry fighting force. Fit in a tuna can M113 APC to get from point a to b. Hence the Bullpup worked way better than a chopped off AR that wasn’t gassed right due to the hack job took them decades to sort it out to where it is today and reliable … with 2400fps  :+1:

I think a lot of the predjudice against bullpups is not just the understandably awkward trigger mech, but also that most people have the silouhette of a Colt M4 so firmy burned into their subconscience they just can’t see beyond it.

Here’s a good example of improved battery storage on my ā€œBig Mac With Cheeseā€ frankenblaster… much better than the screw-out to access arrangement on the Mac-10s and fits a buffer tube 11.1v lipo.

It’s the wires coming from the battery itself, so unless I unwrap it not really, I’ve already shortened the blasters wires by like 4" cause they were unnecessarily long.

welp…i am doing a test print of an adapter for my VR headset to be compatible with my prescription inserts.

hmm is that keymod or that other shit H&K mod they did themselves because they hate you

That ridge is more to guide an M4s charging handle, with the little bump at the back to stop the charging handle being pulled out too far.

I’d start by just removing the bump, but you could remove some of the ridge, I would try to leave it near the cylinder area though as that is the weakness of the V2 gearbox.

@RokSolid beat me to it :joy:

Quick question… how easy is it to access that area if it’s used for battery storage? Not overly familiar with the SC platform. :man_shrugging:

@Maiphut you’re right it’s keymod. A Vector handguard on a Mac-10.

Don’t ask why, I couldn’t tell you.

It doesen;t matter use what works.

And that looks awesome. Step aside Wesley Snipes … Blade vibes :+1:

You should be nicknamed Whistler

" Smells like a vampire wiped his ass with it"

Oh it’s only like a 5mm bump on top, I can’t imagine it’s giving any kind of structural support. should of taken a pic when I had it open.

I had this ā€œCatch you fuckers at a bad timeā€ more in mind

Finally found an application for the Vector Defiance stock I’ve had lying around for months. :+1:

Anyone who’s got one if these would know they’re an awkward size, too small to fit a standard buffer tube, only really fit the tube they come with and that’s too small for a buffer tube lipo.

A little bit of creative internal cylindrical sanding and M4 buffer tube fettling and it’s the perfect stock for my M97 sniper. Good times! :sunglasses:

Just because…

I knew it…!!

Looks good.!,

Any HCG Brown ā„¢ used.?

:rofl::rofl::rofl:

N.b. …. At first glance, I thought you were robbing a bottlo…

Does it change to pink when in the sunlight or is it just because I’ve gone colourblind with 50 shades of brown

@BME it’s wilderness green sprayed through foliage over black with a bit of Rustoleum sand. A light dusting of the brown we used yesterday over the whole thing here and there to tone down the sand, which ran out and spattered a little… bummer but DILIGAF? :joy:

Looks a little different in the shade… but it’s camo… does the job. :+1: Gonna spray up the M24 the same when I get another can of sand… forest sniper loadout.

@Maiphut Trust me, matey… my colour selection process is much simpler than BME’s. :joy:

ā€œWhat’s this green? That’ll do… Brown? What’s open? Good enough!ā€

I don’t have the time or patience for anything else.

it looks like it was 3d printed

This puppy… Ze Hua F2000 bullpup. Once I get clear of BME’s pulse rifles, this sucker’s going up onto the bench for some extensive TLC.

The F2000 was the subject of one of the longest threads on the old forum. ZeHamish, Arty-Marty, Cruise and myself went to town on these things, and it still holds a nostalgic place in my heart as a firm favourite today. This one’s been painted up in green camo livery before but it’s back to basic black now.

Wouldn’t mind painting it up grey urban camo like my CZ Scorpion EVO3.

It’s running a stock Gen 8 box and a 7.3 inner barrel, sitting on around 280FPS. Uses modified Gen 9 stanags but will run CYMA stanags just as well.

Respectable, but time to go metal gears, red Chi Hai motor, Urkii MOSFET, lots of shell repair and noise dampening, repainting and a bit of weight adding. :+1:

Oh, and if anyone has an unloved F2000 sitting around and wants to offload it, let me know, hey?

Can never have too many bullpups.

Remember the Tunas well. That was awhile ago, Cruise’ mad scientist wiring for lights, lasers, home made glow mags and mag prime. And more :+1:
