Double bell m203 would work. They have a few attachment adaptors, a picatinny one, and a couple different sizes barrel and delta ring attach pieces. Only catch is you’d have no hand guard… as normally the a2/A3/A4 you just remove the lower section and swap it with the m203 leaving the top section in place…
The guy I made the ADAR for had asked if I could make the NCR rifle from New Vegas for him.
Couldn’t find any actual wood furniture that would work on a blaster so painting one was the next option but there weren’t any M16a1 handguards around at the time and to buy the files to print one that would actually fit costed more…
Got a last minute email from Ausgel about their sale ending and of course they since found some stock of the JG M16a1 for like $250 which would have been perfect if I had seen it sooner
Possible option if you haven’t already gone down this path is to get parts Hydro dipped.
I understand its a battle to get the parts in the first place, but using the Hydro Dipping process is awesome in achieving limitless results with the least amount of cost and effort possible.
My mate here in WA had many contracts with Eastern States Gelblaster Suppliers who would send him pallet loads of brand new Blasters to strip and dip in many different designs and patterns.
Unfortunately it all came to an end after the sudden WA Gelbaster Bans, but I imagine there must still be the same Companies available over East offering these services?
Hydro dipping had crossed my mind, the couple places I did it weren’t exactly cheap and didn’t fit the budget at the time,
As for doing it myself, I’m not sure how I would be able to get the wood grain with spray paint like that, unless I can find the actual film used but then that’s getting above my pay grade.
I forgot to mention this kit is for GBBR so JG or any AEG M16 are not suitable , the only options in the market is the M16 from Golden Eagle. It is a $900 gel blaster so it is still justify to buy a $220 kit to convert it to something cool. it is available after June( not no the market yet)
