Current project on your bench

Why does the “Call Of Duty : Modern Warfare II” gamer in me want so badly to convert this old flip phone into a heartbeat sensor for my ACR?:rofl:

Going in hot

Ah, Ghost… :+1:

Sgt Foley… that MK17 look familiar?

Got a few MW tributes in the collection.

Bloody good game that one. Been a awhile since I’ve had time to dabble in that Soap McTavish

The ol’ SKD Beretta M92 is choochin’ again.

Fitted the Glock MOSFET into it so only running on 7.4v for now.

No problem, these always hit harder on 7.4v anyway. :man_shrugging:

With stock spring it’s hitting about 160FPS with heavy milkies, a spring upgrade should get it up around 200FPS pretty easily.

One major advantage these have over the current crop of EBB pistols is the magazine capacity. Three times the capacity of an EBB mag at around 50 gels per mag, compared to 17 per mag on the EBBs.

Might be an oldie but get the power up and it’ll be a viable little pistol as long as the nylon gears hang in there. :+1:

Interesting…

Unsurprisingly, the barrel from a KELe Glock 17 fits and functions on a KELe Glock 26.

Slightly longer barrel gives no power gain but

It does give me enough barrel protrusion to fit a fake silencer and go all Bond… James Bond on it. Just have to shorten the recoil guide rod. Easy peasey. :sunglasses:

A job for this arvee, methinks. :+1:

There ya go.

It’s never going to be as sexy and svelte as a silenced PPK, I mean… it’s a Glock and like all Glocks it’s been severely beaten around the head with an ugly stick. But it’s sufficiently covert enough for me. :+1:

Ironcally, the silencer’s doubled the report volume and increased the range and accuracy significantly. :man_shrugging:

Ah well… it’s a bit of fun for shits’n’gigs

Speaking of PPKs, how did the silencer you were working on for your Walther pan out @BME ?

Of course it’s increased the range, look at the length of the barrel on the c#nt, farkin hell lol.

Looks mad fresh tho :sunglasses:

Very nice clean looking pistola for sure. :sunglasses::ok_hand:

Think this supp looks better though.

@shadow187 Longer barrel doesn’t always mean more power… the cylinders in these KELe manuals are smaller than Donald Trump’s todger on a cold day.

Yeah I just meant range, not necessarily power but I get what you mean

Also agree on the new suppressor looking better

Funny you mention the PPk…
I gave it a " escape from new york" upgrade…!!

With an MP5 optic…

They’d love that in Hollywood, I’m sure.

All jokes aside, i re-epoxied the first supp…and got the threaded barrel jobby…

Much better… now you just have to hack the thread off the end, clean it up and paint it flat black.

Good solution. :+1:

Easy to build up the OD too if you wanted it a little girthier… PVC tube, glue and paint… et voilà!

threaded barrel version is a bit slimmer than the pvc tube.
I reckon the pvc tube is a bit more anatomically correct.

The problem is closing the pvc tube.

I found a washer that fits, but i hot glued it in for a trial, and about half the gels smashed into it, on the way out.

I could drill it wider, if i had the right equipment, but there is not too much meat left. Which is why the end is currently open.

The threaded version is even smaller diameter…

i actually prefer the look/size of the pvc supp.
Threaded is a bit too narrow, and the pvc supp doesn’t fit over the threaded.

I may just have to leave it open ended, and leave it at that.
Or, close it and not fire gels through it…supp for display only…

This is a pic of a real one…

PVC supp, is closest match…

You’d be able to find aluminium tube at Bunnings that’ll fit over the knurled outer barrel and get it closer to the size of the PVC tube, I’ve bought it from them before. :man_shrugging: or maybe brass tube from a hobby shop.

If you go with the PVC tube and washer, you just need to run a centre tube same ID as the washer ID inside the suppressor… if you want to stop gels smashing up inside it, that is.

Pretty sure we’ve covered that issue before in your OG PPK thread.

PVC supp definitely looks the goods
