Can’t wait to see how it turns out, and glad I can help facilitate the base blaster for it
and, Thanks for the support mate!

Ha, got an email last night from Aus Post saying my package will arrive Monday, just got one this morning saying it’s been delivered to my po Box.

When they’re good they’re good.

Looking for one of these foregrips for an SLR build. . They fit nicely with SLR handguard. Looks like it might be too old

Think I’ve seen them at Xforce, more specifically the North Lakes store

thanks. I’ll give them a call. They are out of stock at Meadowbrook

Pretty sure I had seen them on Ausgel too before their site went down, so Vas probably has them now if there were any left. Been a bit slow getting that stuff up on the website l.

Worst case one can be printed

Test fired the base today and pretty low numbers for what it is stock, could be partly the gels cause they’re a little old and had a pretty decent jam on the first half of the mag before it started chugging along nicely, still pretty accurate even without the hop-up though.

Rok was nice enough to include a new cylinder head, nozzle and o-ring and I found my tin of springs.
Will need to get a longer barrel and probably replace the cylinder if its ported too.

The seals in them are very ordinary. It has a cylinder that is about right for it’s stock barrel once the seals are done. Definitely recommend the cylinder head, nozzle, and o-ring, then m90 or m100 to suit taste and they go well. Stock motor is the best cyma offered for a blaster.

And the mosfet….
Well….

Don’t go pulling that trigger, too hard…!!

Moooosffeeeetttt…!!

:rofl::rofl:

Barrel is proving to be difficult to find, Xforce have a tone of 7 and 7.2 barrels but fa 7.5, they got some very long ones so will have to do, no one else seems to have any apart from the fancy ones with the hop-up.

Gotta find the t-piece too wherever I stashed those, they seem to be out of stock too.

Got the first primer coat down, just gotta wet sand it and a 2nd coat to try and smooth it out a bit better, need to find my airbrush too…

I ordered a couple of barrels from https://www.m416gelblaster.com/ because I couldn’t find any reasonably priced 7.4-7.5mm barrels anywhere local

Needed one for a bf P90 and the young fellas LH hk416

Wondering if x-force is going to start releasing ausgel stock they acquired and whether the pricing will still be the same or similar

Will also been interesting to see if they reopen the ausgel website and operate as two separate entities shipping from the same warehouse, doubtful but I assume otherwise we’ll see ausgel stock at x-force prices :grimacing::grimacing::sweat_smile::joy:

Did you need a b709 for the barrels and any issues?

I think most of what Ausgel had left were Vector and Well barrels, at least the last time I had checked them before the site went down.

I know CEH have received a bad rep here before, but I’ve had no issues with them. Their supply of parts is pretty impressive when you walk into the shop

I received barrels from M16a1 without requiring a b709a post the new laws bs

But yeah I think you’re right about the ausgel barrels that remained prior to them shutting down, Also only random lengths were available

I like the summer cat integrated hopup barrels, he only has 50cm so you will have to lop off about 20cm, unless running a barrel extension and suppressor, but it is a bit of a two birds with one stone approach. barrel and hopup, with no need to change the muzzle quite often.
They work pretty well too.
I believe he has 7.3 and 7.5s. And grab some gels while you are at it to spread the post cost.

If you want a cyma tpiece I have a bunch here.

First wet sand done, probably give it another light coat of primer and sand just for good measure then a base coate of flat black, found my airbrush so got some SMS gold that I think matches the shade of gold at least.

Oh and I found a t-piece hiding in one of my parts bins.

@RokSolid who were selling those barrels? Depending on the price I might pick one up, wasn’t given a budget but don’t want to splash out too much. Think this was a 14" barrel from memory.

Summer cat Australia. They are $50 and 50cm, so too long for nearly anything and needing to be cut down. Better too long than not long enough!

Looking good so far mate!
