Might be time to blast up Mt Tamborine again soon. Haven’t been riding much lately.

Noice :sunglasses:

I reckon I would be able to hear that all the way over here in WA!

Mates new kitchen appliance…

Ham and Cheese thanks

:joy: :joy:

I remember this young lass. Takes time to heal for sure. I should know stacked it and fractured my collar bone in the past. Still isn’t 100% but you get that. God damn dirt bikers don’t give a dam

There’s NO WAY that I’m showing my Housemate this!

Only a couple of days before he rode out to Kalgoorlie we managed to remove all the LAMS restrictors on his Kwakasaki, meaning that he made the 8.5 hour car drive in a shade over 6 hours on his bike!:hushed:

Is it bad all i see of this is another battery that will need taking care of if you live somewhere that you cant ride year round or only ride set days of the year and the rest the bike is sat there doing sweet all.

Much the same as here got vehicles coming out my rear sitting around all year waiting for that window to be used.

Standard Farm life mate, spending the whole offseason maintaining and repairing shit just to have it fail on the first day outta the sheds. :face_exhaling::joy:

Team BlueCrew was in fine form on weekend. Honda spat the countershaft sprocket that was it. Oh got commo bogged in sand from sicktorians blocking the road. Great time had by all. I need to do it more often, bit out of shape. Weather was perfect. They can keep their flies though ate some of them LOL

We were hooking it. :+1:

Unfortunately I’ve had to decline hopping on a chook chaser the last few times that my good mate and his wife have taken us out bush on their bikes for a day out purposely for my disabled Son.

They do it for him specifically, but unfortunately I can’t join in anymore because of my fkd spine and lack of strength/control over my legs.:face_with_diagonal_mouth:

Previously dropped one of his bikes 3 times in a single afternoon and pretty much told him that I was calling it quits since then, because dropping someone else’s bike is a no go in the pass time, let alone agreeing to hop on his bikes in future outings together.

At least I enjoyed riding whist I was still capable, but gotta know when to call it quits despite the urge to carry on.

I’ve been in remote tech roles for almost a decade and as a result ended up riding mid week a lot. I ended up going on rides with the Ulysses crew a few times and several had changed over to CanAms. While they each admitted it’s not the same as riding a bike, it did tickle that urge that only riding can satisfy.

I hear you on that score, matey.

When getting out of bed the right way in the morning requires pre-planning and yoga-like contortions just to prevent back spasms forcing you to walk around like Peter Garrett dancing to “Back On The Borderline” you kinda know it’s time to hang up the helmet.

Peter Garret :joy:

My backs not so flash these days, had it out in 7 places in the past so have to be mindfull what I do these days. No big jumps or whips for this little black duck anymore :unamused:

Maintenance Monday for the YZ. Oil plus filter, air filter, clean and lube X ring chain ready for this weekends session :+1:

Decided to bleed the rear brake while I was at it. Tight and ready to rip arms off. :joy:

Shall I pre-book the Medevac Helicopter?:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
