Looks great, just getting in from kickin the tyres and lighting the fires myself. So expect more aussie humour soon maybe.

Got my p320 today… works great and printed mag lips are top notch, can’t wait to have some fun with it this weekend!

Who are we talking about with the 3D printing? 
I’ve got it in my head to get a hold of a 3D printed picatinny mounted top shroud for a Kriss Vector to make it look more like the Vectors in “Alien : Earth”.

Colt Annacoda in .44mag that sorts the zombies out. And about 6 more behind it. The anna is very well made hit the a zone back when I had a go. Got to hold on and no limp wrist. Drive into it. Full house JHP’s make for a very bad day downrange. Great experience though.

This guy seems to make prtetty good prints…but im no expert.
The prints are cheap, so easy to muck around with.
I had this one sent to me in parts…friction assembled for now.

More the correct size…but still big…!
I had him re-send me an original one , at 92% size…
that would get the original prop down to the correct 36cm…just a bit smaller.
all in pieces, so lots of sanding ahead.
It also has removeable ’ bullets’, which need painting.
Pretty cool they can make pretty much anything now…

i’ll sand the new one, paint it with matt black / semigloss clear…and silver grips.
The effect on the grips is pretty cool…

The beauty of these 3d prints is…they are pretty cheap.
He charges less, if its unassembled … which makes for easier painting.

Painting notes:
Body: Dymark flat black, and tamiya TS-79 semi gloss clear. Popping.
Grip: Tamiya TS-17 gloss aluminium and TS-semigloss clear.
Other detail bits : TS-17 gloss aluminium…to finish with flat clear.
Happy with the body…popping blacks, as its meant to be.
grip is good to…ts-17 is Very glossy, and needed some flat clear just to tone it down a touch.
not sure about other bits… Gloss alum , or light gun metal.?.?
Too much silver, might make it look a bit " toyish"…gun metal looks a bit more real-ish…

The real steel bullets, can go thru 1/2 inch of steel , at 200 yds…!!
not surprising, given the size…!!
I’ll sand the bullets, paint em gold, then do the tips grey…
