So the alternative is to do nothing and allow the current regime to continue their targeted executions of social media posters, Christian church leaders and adherents, medical staff, student leaders, women who weren’t Muslim. The toll was already over 120,000 and continuing and they weren’t just indiscriminate casualties among protestors

Trump is trying to coerce and bully a sovereign country, Ukraine, into submitting to being annexed by a coercive and bullying aggresive neighbour. He’s not interested in what’s best for Ukraine, just what’s best for his budy boy in the Kremlin.

Ahh… the burden of proof.
As though having insufficent proof, means an event did not happen.
There are two very different points here…
- What actually, really happened in the real world.
- what can be proven beyond a doubt, in a court of law.
There is a very long process, for a conviction to stick, and the process can stall at any point.
Positive side: False accusations need concrete proof.
Negative side: High burden of proof, means crims can walk free.
A) Crime committed.
B) Crime reported.
C) decision made to investigate
D) witnesses / evidence/ testimony/ proof accrued.
E) Correct legal process followed.
F) Jury makes correct decision.
G) Appeals unsuccesful.
Only, if only are all these hurdles are cleared, a conviction sticks.
Like i said, what really, actually happens in the real world, and the final result of the legal process do not always align.
Crimes go unreported, investigations get buried, evidence lost, destroyed, tampered with, witnesses bought or threatened, biased jurors etc etc.
The law often gets it wrong…ask any copper.
They often see crims go free, on technicalites , improper procedure etc, when they know the perp is as guilty as sin.
Lets look at a few of the points this guy makes…
- " trump called the cops in 2007". Yes he did. this does not make him a hero. That was him turning on epstein, after their falling out. A personal attack, not an act of morality.
-“testimoney of the witnesses”. A group of people did come forward, and say they saw him. He’s minimising that, by saying it didn’t meet the burden of proof. “What really happened vs what can be absolutely legally proven…”

“where’s the proof?” As though insufficent legal proof, means it DIDNT happen. Crims are good at covering their tracks, and covering proof. Doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.

-" Why didn’t Clinton persue him?" Very probable she was protecting her husband, also named in the files. Cant go after one, and not expose the other. See how legal processes can ( possibly) be subverted, by ulterior motives…?

So, as stated, there is " what really Happened" vs " does the evidence clear the burden of proof".
In this world, both false accusations do happen, and crimes committed can go unpunished.
In the case of trump, he has been convicted of buisness fraud and crimes, as well as sexual offences.
He is a convicted felon, and i am convinced that is just the tip of the iceberg, and he has gotten away with many, many more ( my opinion only).
He has proven his nature and character time and time again.
Pathological liar, cheat, false accuser of others, toxic and abusive personality, contemptuous attitude to women, entitled, believing no rules apply to him, just does what he wants.
That is the precise psychological makeup, of a sexual offender, of which he is already convicted.
On the basis of that proof, his own past behaviour, the balance of probablity weighs heavily that there is a strong probability he would have commited these crimes, rather than against.
Lack of concrete proof, doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.
From my own personal experience, with these dark triad types…
They will go out of their way, to make false accusations, plant false evidence, to try to frame an innocent person…no morality and capable of anything… that’s the other side of the coin…
