The Shit Pit

mm that’s all Japanese to me. Mind you I got an A in high school music class on the bass and keyboard so I can wing it ok.

I can’t remember what exactly but Dad’s Ibanez was a limited edition some famous american player 1 of limited run, was just under a grand about a decade ago.

Good thing is my similar age friend offered to buy it from Dad as he is really good on your fretts and strings or whatever they are lol so it has not gone far away and he be busting it out at my place. Dad’s just elderly and has some chinese knock offs he’s redone the stuff similar to what you’ve posted about. I had to buy the stuff as he couldn’t work ebay, I said this what you need, yeah that’s it, right be at yours in 2 days  Strings and knobs on the end. Reconverted a right, which his life long friend converted it to left because born with a thumb on his right hand. We just call him handy

He gave it to Dad said here yours, umm problem it’s upside down ms Jane and back to front  Thaaanks maaate. Anyway he’s got that rocking, sounds good too. :+1:

Bit sad, one of Dad’s life long friends just got diagnosed with dimentia. As a kid decades ago I used to hang out with his 3 kids and do kids stuff. He’s 80 same as Dad, hardly drank never smoked because apparently that causes dimentia  He was an engineer at GMHA Elizaibeth plant how Dad met him back in the 70’s. His mrs always awesome, said he comes out in the morning and got one boot on and a different shoe.

Oh well remember the good times. :slightly_frowning_face:

When I used to stay over, he had twin lads, but I was a year older. Oh man it was on like donkey kong, gonna beat you up, I’d pick both of them up and put them on their arse, then the tears would start, Mum comes up what’s happened. Oh nothing they fell over  :+1: Kids lol

Greek and Dane are killed in helicopter crash while fighting fires: Brit pilot among the survivors

Hmm, pilot left seat, methinks was not looking in his blindspot, co should have situational awareness. Likely overworked and over houred and tired, that’s when this shit happens.

@Docbob read this ‘Vulnerable’: How Aus can prepare for war

Oh I used to carry the .22 to school on the bus back in the day. Having another think about it are we   :v:

Was compulsory in my state.

They were the days

Yeah its not rocket surgery that if you remove everything that resembles a weapon from kids, ban any type of war simulation games involving actually running around outside and learning about movement, concealment, building cubby houses, forts, dugouts etc… kids sitting inside all day on social media aren’t exactly going to be the type of young adults who dream of getting into the Services!

Shutting all of Australia’s manufacturing and oil refining, selling all our resources offshore and giving billions of dollars to the useless fkn Americans to hopefully “come and save us” has been an AWESOME strategy to have the ability to defend ourselves as a Nation.

Don’t need a scary bar bouncer with this guy watchin’ the crowd…

I mean, I used to live in the hinterland, so maybe there is a little hillbilly in there somewhere.

How else can you explain away the trained attack possum?

I set up a dart board on the end of the verandah at the house I had up on my property in the hills, for those evenings having a beer and watching the Sunset at the house when I couldn’t be stuffed riding the Quad all the way down to the shed.

Only problem was that the local wildlife (Mardo’s) used the beam above the dartboard as their local highway, and a few near misses were had when going for double 20’s on a peg after a few sherbets, almost unintentionally Spearing dinner for the night!:joy:

Bingo, as my Uncle said recently this year. Not my ADF anymore. Some of them wouldn’t even have a chest big enough to hang the medals on he has lifelong career. Now retired. But I chat to him near weekly. Because he is a top fellow.

No PTSD, no injuries, went everywhere and did it right. Few close calls but smart and did the right thing and look after all of under him.

Why I’m proud of him, he did it right. :+1: :v:

Actually my mates mrs said I got a spare dart board she’s going to bring up I can have.

After working one day shearing sheds with the MAORIS they said come round for a game of darts. Ok not far away.

Then a local farmer who haden’t paid me for nearly a year and racked up a few thousand dollars owing to me rolled up. I said ok game on, 1 on 1. I hit the bullseye a few times. All the shearing team were laughing and I turned to the now broke farmer.

That’s what you get for not paying your bills. Was funny. Oh well. Ok you win. Still took him another year but got squared away eventually. :+1:

Ha.
Ha Ha .

You could not make this up…!!

" its pretty rough, when your sex doll packs her bags, and leaves you …!!"

" the police were embarrassed…but they only had egg on their face…!!"

" DNA sampling, should be easy…!!"

"Left in the bushes…Add on gumtree.?.? "

“where was squiddy off roading, recently…??”

" Well, some police have trouble, correctly identifying a blaster from a firearm, so…"

" The kiwi’s wanna know…where can you get a rubber sheep…?"

The whole world, must be laughing…

Haha. DNA sample came back as recycled shopping bags by the sounds.

Must be pretty bad if you can’t even get a date with one of those things.

How much confidence can you have in the abilities of the police in the area it was found if they can’t tell a doll from a human body?

🫪

I remembered when this happened not all that far from home.

Before cheeky comments, no not anything to do with me.
