I was watching it for quite a while and I lost my shit when they came out with this Airsoft gem

Idk if this happens in QLD but marketplace down here is cancer I’m starting to think there’s bot accounts or something because you list something and get 10 or so of the default ‘Hi, is this still available?’ Messages and then you respond saying yes and every single one of them don’t respond

That is the standard Facebook reply system. People don’t take the extra .5 of a second to actually write a message. Easier for them to click that and fuck off and forget about it.

Unfortunately I think the kind of people to send these messages are the same ones that don’t read the description and would ask about stuff that’s been answered in the description that’s if they responded atleast

A lot of people use that default button as a way to track an item… just too lazy to put it into saved items.

Hence why I never advertise/sell anything online.
I get angry really easily and don’t play well with others in the sandpit.
I have several other mates who advertise things for me online or take my stuff to vintage swap meets etc to sell on my behalf.
I leave them to set the prices and always hand back 50% of whatever they manage to sell it for
Saves me a lot of time and anger issues, and they will still push a hard sale knowing they will get 50% of the profits in return for their efforts
