What Did You Get Up To Today?

A magic morning at Tanga wrecks…

Nil wind, slack low tide, slight cloud cover…
Had about 60 high school kids, from north lakes, over there snorkelling…

Is that, a “school of schoolies.?.?”

Swam with a wobbygong shark, almost didnt see it, when i was duck diving down…

I wondered if the military use jetski’s, and yup, they sure do…

Can i mount the ZB-26 on the front, with an orange tip.?.?

Need a surefire way, to deal with those damn pesky squids…!!

Yamahas divert some water from the jet pump, to fire upwards, to increase the ski’s visibility…
I wonder if we could hook up a water cannon shell, to that…??

Now that’d seriously freak out your neighbours… :joy:

we’ve got a young Ukranian bloke that came over here just before the war started over there that’s working with us, he’s a crack up, speaks like 8 languages, funny as f@#k and has some hilarious stories from his time in Europe, top bloke

Haha similar one of the local young construction fellas that did my shed floor is Ukranian been here for a decade, and his first name is the bloody same as mine haha

My local GP is Ukranian… :+1:

For anyone old enough to remember, she’s got the heavy Ukraine “Woubleyoos” going on… sounds just like Natasha from the Rocky and Bullwinkle show, all that’s missing is Boris Badenov.

Somehow that just makes her even more attractive. :joy:

From personal family experience, disability pensions are very, very, very hard to get.

Good luck…! :sunglasses:

Cheers mate, definitely understand that it’s going to be pushing shit uphill the whole way… but gotta give it a crack according to my Doctors and Specialists :face_exhaling:

Drenched all the sheep over 2 days, time to put my feet up and have a beer :+1:

Sheep are drenched, now time to drench yaself! :raised_hands::beers:

Trip down memory lane yesterday, managed to dummy assemble the ACR DMR for a couple of pics :sunglasses:

Should have kept the ZB26, along with a few other rarer blasters that I had, and done the same thing… remove gearbox and inner barrel to keep as a legal Replica

Nobody has commented that we had an Airsoft Club (red patch) before we integrated it into adding the Gelbaster hobby (Camo Patch) a few years later? :astonished::thinking::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Because you mentioned it before :person_shrugging:

I’ve often wondered what I’d do with my collection if the day ever came that Queensland made blasters illegal. Like a lot on here, got quite a few.

I figure I do what you suggest… make them just replicas by ditching the gearbox and inner barrel, then they’re legally okay to keep as wall hangers.

But on that, what’s your spin on GBBs? Do you think that removing the BBU and taking the valves out of the mags would make them legal replicas?

I once did an odd tech job, where a couple of gentlemen wanted replicas, but they could not be gel blasters. Some we were able to remove entire gearbox. The ones we couldn’t like M16 and M4, we removed everything from inside of the gearbox, inner barrel, motor, and all electrical components, even from the magazines. He was happy to pay the normal hourly rate to do it, and told us to keep all the parts. Of course we helped out on the labour costs as spares for some of the blasters he wanted were at the time non existent. It was win win I guess, as we barely charged him anything. All were full metal blasters too.

Hopefully we don’t have to deactivate our blasters, I would have months of work to do it for over 40 of them!

In the mean time, been playing a bit of Incursion Red River. Cool game, had a lot of fun with it so far.

With my G18C Glock I was going to do exactly what you suggested.
Remove inner barrel, rear firing mechanism and valves out of the magazine.

Still look like a proper replica, but completely non functional by legal standards.

Luckily that got sold to a new home for a small handful of pennies :+1:

It’s a blast isn’t it. Been playing since release, it’s coming along with additional content and fixes. Sorta wanted to give Tarkov a go but never had good enough net for it.

It is indeed! I always wanted to try tarkov but the PvP element would shit me. I don’t get enough time on games to be good enough to vs other players, let alone have all the hard work ruined by them.

Least with Red River there is only AI to worry about, and it’s plenty challenging enough that it is rewarding feeling to survive and complete a mission.
I might convince the wife and a few mates to party up for some co-op at some point, but for now having a blast solo.

Good amount of weapon customisation and good looting system. The bunker is very different to the quarry map. And they seem to update it pretty frequently. So far so good, money well spent!
