What Did You Get Up To Today?

How dare you bring politics into the garage

Wait until you see mine… shit from arsehole to breakfast time :joy:

Besides dirt I know where my tools are until… some other fella gets hold of them and can’t remember where he put it :man_facepalming: Only takes me half a day to find the certain tool. I got a tool alright this thing standing in front of me

Mine’s so friggin’ disorganised since Alfie, I can’t even find the screwdriver I put down two minutes ago. :joy:

Sold my Acerage and many huge workshops/sheds.

Must admit that it’s quite a feeling of freedom knowing that my family doesn’t have to deal with the many hundreds of tonnes of equipment that I managed to get rid of throughout the whole process. :ok_hand:

Mmm don’t know what will happen to my junk when I kick the bucket. I won’t give a fuck as I’ll be 9ft under

I never thought about this until I sold the property.

The stupid thing is that I already died 4 years before and never crossed my mind at the time obviously… but wasn’t until it took me 3 whole solid months, 12 hours a day, seven days a week to simply empty the place out! :flushed:

Was only then that I realised how much work my family would have had to endure if I had actually died at that point, and is why it’s so good now that I know it’s all done and sorted. :ok_hand::raised_hands:

Well, we’re all really glad that four years ago the Grim Reaper dropped the ball, Doc. :+1:

I remember that, took you some hard yards getting things sorted. Now you can rest easy and enjoy a bit of less stress.

Farms just have clearing sales, gets all hocked off in one day.

Yay or nay?

I just found this on AliExpress:
AU$166.63 | Children’s Toy Gun Boy Gift Cannot Be Fired Room Decor 1:3 Disassembled Alloy Model Rattlesnake Metal Ornaments

I’d just move to Queensland…

Speaking of postal services…
the good vs the bad…

I ordered a nice watch from overseas.

It came from Venice, Italy.
Was sent via FEDEX Intl priority.

Left Venice Monday afternoon…

Through Paris, Dubai, Singapore and landed in SYD yesterday.
I’ll Have it tomorrow.
Round the world, and delivered, in less than 5 days.

VS

Ali express (express WHAT?? should be Extra STRESS).
7 days to go from china to Aust…

Then sits in the grubby hands , of the lazy bastards, who are in no hurry to deliver anything…

Lets wait another week, till the trucks full, before we think about going to the northside.
Maybe.

Its been over 2 weeks, from ā€œarrived at linehaul officeā€, to actually being delivered.

And, no response to emails etc, no phone no, you cant contact them…

Pathetic.

Good thing they dont have jobs, as ambulance drivers…!!

:rage: :rage: :rage:

Ali eventually refunded my last shipment that sat in linehaul for six weeks

It’s 1:3 scale so it should be fine to put on my pegboard gun wall of solidarity.

Who stole the Jam out of your donut

Linehaul is held up on the east coast due to weather. It will get there eventually. Depending on which company in Australia. If it’s Auspost you’ll be right. Anything else, good luck.

I ain’t moving to Queensland that’s for sure :joy:

Good discount, I’d go for it :+1:

Why I use Paypal when buying from Alix. Need that extra layer of security and get a same day refund every time.

Resisted buying from Alix for years until recently fearing that they were a bit sketchy.

Sure enough 2 months later the items didn’t arrive and I’m asking for a refund

Depends on the seller I guess.

Do I go for the black MCX or the grey MCX?

Yes, it’s just some scammer sellers you have to watch out for.

Can be bit tricky, I had trouble recently with a fraudulent seller on Alix. Trouble was I had to wait 10 days to make a claim as it said it was delivered in 2 days from China. I don’t think so tim.

I had nothing, Alix then shuts the sale as delivered and they removed the fraudulent seller so I could not make a claim. But I use Paypal, lodged with PP and they instantly refunded me same day.
