Well, the single P90 strat pickguard arrived today… and in one piece, amazingly. 
Took a little reshaping to get it snug around the neck heel, and a few screw holes needed plugging and redrilling but it’s on and looking classy. 
Just the pickup wiring to sort tomorrow, a restring and it’s a player … good times

Postie brought me a NU-X Mighty Air practice amp today.
Bluetooth wireless, onboard rechargeable batteries in the amp and transmitter, app programmable from your phone, freakin’ tiny and doesn’t sound half bad for a bedroom practice amp that won’t annoy everyone else in the house.
No more guitar leads running around the room, no more excuses for not playing.

From yesterday but also what ill be doing today: painting more fishing lures, looking at camera’s and gel blasters to slowly aquire these next few months as cash starts flowing back in again after fixing my car.
Hard drive died on my laptop. Will be spending the next few days trying to recover everything. Thankfully made a data back-up the other day

Ive been with origin for ages…feed in tarrifs have been dropping.
New rates were crap, i had made the decision to leave and go with Alinta’s better rates…
Rang up origin to notify them, and transfer my solar credits, into my bank account
Upon hearing that, they offered me the " hidden plan"
.10c feed in tarrif…unlimited/uncapped.
If i export 60 kw/hrs a day , in summer, thats $6 refund per day…
Locked it in.
What a shame, it takes the threat of leaving for them to produce the goods…

I’m going to take advantage of the federal rebate, and order a solar battery for my clayfield unit…I now have the same plan, for that place.
Yea threats like that always make them give you a better deal of some kind so they know they can wait you out and then yank it away in a few months.
Wombat: that backup likely saved your rear, get a utility called crystaldiskinfo, it throws out a report of how your stuff is doing overall since it can read all the s.m.a.r.t (self-monitoring, analysis and reporting technology) data drives now. Very easy to check it once every 2 months or so and see if the drive is starting to be concerning enough to get ready to replace or just replace right away.
Yep. Had a Win10 image copy on USB, so now it’s just time to reload it all an replace Microsoft defaults with preferred apps. Might run flyby11 and update to Win11 after the Win10 image is at latest release
