But seriously, i have tried to look at bringing in a (converted overseas) gelsoft M60. Metal and wood version.
Tried with a few retailers, but always end up running out of steam…
The cost is not the limiting factor, the retailers seem busy enough running their day to day stuff. I’m pretty busy nowadays too.
And, for their overseas guy, starting from scratch with a new type to modify is pretty time consuming, for one model only.
Still, i’ll keep on pushing, and hopefully make some progress…
I was hoping for a metal / wood VN m60, and metal / wood ZB26…
I think i’m gonna have to move to NZ, one day…
Or…order both, send to NZ, and shout @Bigmuthadrums a NZ holiday, for a week or two.?.?!!

The ZB26 is still in “preorder stage…” and has been stretched out for awhile, by the sounds of it… 
Hopefully, oneday, we’ll be able to get these in from somewhere…
You’d think a retailer here , would do one off, private imports…
Particularly as the economy and market slows…
Ultimately, probably just easier, to shanghai yourself or bigmutha, drag you guys over to NZ, and do the conversion yourselves…
Though im sure a import through a “big retailer” , would be subject to less objection/ hassle from customs…
